Seejay: @Stefan: Yeah... The bills here have about 20 different rates for our electricity, depending if there's a Papal visit to China, or if there's an eclipse on Uranus, PLUS, using some alien algorithm, they arrive at a total to which a tax is added (?) ...

Seejay: @Frank: Now THAT'S a good idea. I dunno about the U.S., but Electricity bills in Italy are very High ( my last 2-month bill was € 188 ) , which isn't that high relatively speaking. The crazy thing is that no-one knows exactly how the bill is calc'd..
